Most of our sheers come 300–360 cm wide and hang railroaded, so a 3 m ceiling drop has no horizontal seam. Colour changes the numbers: the same voile in charcoal blocks far more light and UV than in ivory, so ask us for the shade you are actually considering.
Wave, pinch pleat, eyelet or pencil pleat, each header style decides how the fabric falls.
It starts with a free home visit. We measure every window, check your track or rail, and bring swatches so you see the fabric in your own light before choosing. Once you approve the quote, panels are cut, sewn, and hemmed to your exact drop, then installed by our own team.
Choose from plain voile, linen-look, silky and slub textures, or embroidered and jacquard patterns, in stripes, florals and geometrics. Header styles include wave, pinch pleat, pencil pleat, eyelet, tab top and rod pocket.
A sheer has no backing, so the shade you pick becomes the colour of the light in the room.
Ready-made panels stop at standard drops. Dubai windows often do not. This is the single most common reason an off-the-shelf sheer curtain fails here.

Most sheer fabric comes on a roll about 280–300cm wide. Beyond that drop the fabric has to be railroaded or seamed, and the track has to carry real weight.
A 4m living-room slider needs fabric width of roughly 8m once fullness is added. That is several panels joined, matched at the pattern, and hung so the joins do not read as seams.

Our sheer curtains start at AED 45 and go up to AED 95 per square metre, and that price covers fabric, stitching, track, hardware, and our own installers. We visit, measure and quote free of charge, and the number we write down is the number you pay.
During daylight, yes. We choose the weave with you so outsiders see only a soft haze while you keep your view. If your room faces a walkway or another tower, we recommend a denser sheer and fuller pleating, and you test samples at your own window first.
We tell every customer the truth here: once your lights are on, silhouettes show through any sheer. That is light, not poor fabric. For bedrooms & street-facing rooms, we fit our sheers on a double track with a blackout layer, so you get softness by day and privacy at night.
We stock polyester voile, linen, and chiffon sheers, all tested in Dubai homes. Voile is our most requested because it resists fading, dust, and humidity and hangs straight under AC. For west-facing glass, we point you to our UV-stable weaves, and for majlis spaces, textured linen.
Our sheers cut glare and soften harsh sunlight, so your rooms stay bright without switching lamps on at noon. The fabric also holds an air gap at the glass, which eases the load on your AC. For real heat control, we recommend adding our thermal blackout layer behind.
Not on one track; the layers would fight each other. We install a double track or double rod: our sheer sits nearest the glass, the blackout faces the room, and each moves on its own. If you already have a single track, we upgrade it on the same visit.
We measure, stitch and install most sheer orders within three to four working days. Apartment windows are often finished sooner; villas, curved tracks and motorised runs take seven to ten. You get a fixed fitting date when you confirm the order, and our own team arrives on it.
Yes, and sheers are ideal for motors because the fabric is light and the tracks run quietly for years. We install an app, remote, and voice control, and can motorise both layers of your double track. Our team checks your power points during the free measurement visit.
Yes, commercial work is a large part of what we do. We fit sheers that cut screen glare in meeting rooms, soften reception lighting, and keep showroom displays visible from the street. We supply fire-rated fabric with certificates for your building management, and install outside your working hours.
Sheers catch Dubai dust, so vacuum them lightly every few weeks. Most fabrics we supply are machine washable cold on a gentle cycle, no bleach, then hung back damp so the creases drop out. We hand you a care card with your order and re-hang panels on request.
